Custom Orders & Personalised Products

When you place a custom or personalised order with Tetahi Apparel, we may collect artwork, logos, names, numbers, colours, sizing information, and other design specifications you provide.

This information is collected solely for the purpose of designing, manufacturing, and delivering your custom products. Your artwork and branding will never be sold or used for another customer's order without your permission unless required by law.

By approving a design proof, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use all submitted logos, trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property. Tetahi Apparel accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our mailing list or choose to receive promotional communications, we may send you updates about new products, special offers, promotions, and events.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
